CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that "LIFE HAPPENS," and the following circumstances will not incur the 85% service charge after 24 hours: Death in the family the day of the appointment Car accident Severe weather changes (Please Be AWARE: we do take notes of every time you do cancel appointment after 24 hours and the reasoning why) There is a 2-Strike rule: For clients who cancel appointments on the same day twice in a row, you will be charged on the second offense, regardless of the reason (whether it’s a car accident, death in the family, etc.). The two strike rule only applies for clients/guest who have notified the Salon about a reasoning to cancel within the same day. Due to my commitment to time and my desire to accommodate every guest, I am unable to hold an appointment reservation without confirmation. please be sure to contact us by calling the Salon at this number 631-308-8173.so we can easily make note that you cannot come in.any other form of communication text or email. We will not exclude the 80% service charge. LATENESS: —An additional $10 will be added to your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. After 30 mins of being late will be charged an additional $30 to their service. —We book our clients back to back to ensure we fit everyone in, we will not accommodate any lateness CANCELLATION: —You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours of the appointment time. Anything within 24 hours will require the require 85% of the service amount due .DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. NO SHOWING: —Not showing up to your scheduled appointment time without any notice to us will require a charge of 85% service price you booked. —If you no show you will no longer be allowed to book with us PAYMENT: —We accept cash, card —We kindly accept tips in cash only —Paying with card requires a 3.5% payment processing fee DISCLAIMER: —WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE —We can only do “redo” meaning reglazing or fixing any small inconvenience of your appointment 6 days after your original appointment. Anything after is out of our control, meaning you would need to pay full price for any retouching after.
